I.N.G.R.E.D.I.E.N.T.S
Pasta (boiled earlier, al dente)
Sausages (boiled and diced)
1 c Beef Stock (Homemade by Hubby)
Carrots, Peas, Corn Kernels
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 of holland onion
Coriander
Curry Leaves
4 Eggs
2 c cream
1/2 c cheese of your choice
- Start off with saute the onion, garlic and carrots, peas and corn with curry leaves. Then add on the diced sausages. Let cool.
- In another mixing bowl, add the stock, whipped eggs and cream. season with little salt or none, cuz we're gonna add cheese.
- Add pasta and the sauteed mix into the egg mix. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
- Then pour the mixture into individual muffin pan lined with baking sheet ( to make it easier to take out ) or you can pour the whole mixture into a square baking dish/casserole dish.
Like so.....
Bake at 200ç til it golden brown ( you can poke with toothpick too, if it comes out clean, then its ready )
Tadaaaa~
The last 10mins, grate cheese on top and grill away til nicely golden brown. :')
